Set Up Your Workspace

Choose your workspace, plan, and team context before starting your video workflow. Kaish keeps games, rosters, clips, reports, and presentations organized by workspace.

Step 2

Create a Game

Create a game with opponent, date, location, sport, segment setup, and notes. Kaish supports different sport structures such as periods, quarters, and halves.

Build or Load a Roster

Use your roster and lineup context so tags, shifts, player cards, reports, and teaching clips stay connected to the right players.

Step 4

Live Tag the Game

During the game, use Kaish to tag key events, player shifts, shots, goals, faceoffs, teaching moments, and other coach-defined actions.

Step 5

Use Hotkeys and Custom Tag Buttons

Review and tagging buttons can be customized for the way a coach works. Tags can have names, hotkeys, pre-roll, post-roll, and optional note prompts.

Step 6

Attach and Sync Video

Attach game video and set the Sync Clock Start point. Kaish uses the sync point to align app-created tags with the correct video moment.

Capture-imported tags stay on their original video timeline, while app-created tags use the game clock sync point.

Review the Timeline

The Review timeline organizes tags and clips so coaches can quickly find teaching moments, play clips, build queues, and filter by period, tag, or context.

Coaches can add notes to Review tags and clips. Tags can be configured to automatically open a note window when created.

Do I need to upload video before tagging?

No. You can tag the game live and attach/sync video later.

What is Sync Clock Start?

It is the point where the game clock start matches the video. Kaish uses it to align app-created tags to the correct video moment.

Can I use Kaish for more than hockey?

Yes. Kaish is built for multi-sport coaching workflows, including hockey, soccer, basketball, baseball, lacrosse, and other team sports.

What is the difference between Kaish App and Kaish Scout?

Kaish App is the video coaching workflow for tagging, review, clips, presentations, and reports. Kaish Scout is a separate evaluation and scouting workflow for notes, reports, watchlists, and player evaluation.

How are Team plans purchased?
